Jeppesen DDM

After decades of working with paper-based charts and guides, the airline industry is making the (often painful) transition to electronic media, and Jeppesen/Boeing seeks to be a leader in this change.

Document Management Service (DMS) is a web-based administration system allowing customers to manage the reliable delivery of content files to potentially thousands of end users.

Cason led a team of designers in the complete redesign of the DMS system, building detailed HTML prototypes and UI specs to communicate an experience that streamlined complex functionality into a highly usable and efficient application.
