The ice cream at Häagen-Dazs enjoys a very loyal following, and Häagen-Dazs looked to capitalize on this loyalty through its Rewards membership program.

As MBS Director of interactive solutions, Cason was asked to help develop the interactive strategy for this program, establishing a seamless relationship with existing offline campaigns.

Cason helped Häagen-Dazs establish a Web presence for their Rewards program, giving them the ability to communicate with members through multiple channels. New products, special deals and events were then promoted through both postal and email newsletters, and Häagen-Dazs' member database grew quickly as their relationship with members expanded and matured.
