Klondike and iMiner are MBS applications that help customers drill into their stores of customer data, then make strategic marketing decisions and create campaigns based on this information. Robust, multi-dimensional reporting is a key feature of both applications.
Because some customers had trouble navigating the complex interfaces of these systems, Cason was asked to perform usability testing on both applications and provide detailed recommendations for improvement. Cason gathered feedback from numerous stakeholders, including users, account managers and sales people, then organized this feedback along with recommendations into a thorough report. The result was a new set of interfaces that were cleaner, more intuitive and more targeted at the users' key needs.
